Meguiar's M4965 Review: Meguiar's M4965 Marine/RV Fiberglass Restoration System. I recently purchased a 1991 RV. The gel coat was chalking and completely oxidized. After just the first step (and a lot of elbow grease) the fiberglass was completely restored. The whole finish looked just like it was new - I couldn't tell the difference between the previously oxidized finish and the areas that had been protected from the elements (behind license plate, etc).
